Q: What is the difference between Shared IP hosting and Dedicated IP hosting?

A: With Shared IP hosting, your websites will be hosted on IPs that may also be in use by other customers of ours. It helps cut costs by spreading the cost out over multiple clients.

On the other hand, dedicated IP hosting includes IPs that are fully dedicated to you. No other websites except yours will be hosted on IPs assigned to you with this type of hosting.

Q: Will you migrate my websites for me from my current host?

A: Yes, our support technicians will migrate all your websites from your current web host without any downtime. There are no extra charges for this.

Q: Will I have to note the login details to multiple control panels to manage all my IPs and websites?

A: Absolutely not! We offer WHM access with our SEO hosting packages which allows you to manage all your IPs and websites through a single control panel thus sparing you from the pain and misery of managing the login details to tens and hundreds of accounts.

Q: Do you backup my websites? Are there any additional charges?

A: Yes. We maintain daily, weekly and monthly backups of your data off-site. We also use RAID10 protected storage on all our shared servers, ensuring the highest levels of data protection. There are no extra charges for backups.

Q: Do you offer tools for tracking website traffic?

A: We offer three different stat programs. Analog, Awstats and Webalizer. Analog produces a simple summary of all the people who have visited your site. It is fast and provides great lightweight statistics. Awstats produces great graphical stats. Webalizer is a more complex stats program that produces a nice variety of charts and graphs about who has visited your site.

Q: I've paid for my order, how long will you take to set it up?

A: Most accounts are setup instantly upon payment. However, if a payment gets flagged by our system and is deemed risky, it may take up to 24 hours for our billing team to verify and approve it.

Q: Can I add more IPs after signing up? Can I upgrade to a larger package later if I purchase a smaller one now?

A: Yes, you can easily add more IPs to your account at any time by upgrading your account. When you upgrade your account, you will be charged the pro­-rated difference in price between the two packages. Upgrades are possible at any time during the month.

Q: How many domains can I host per IP?

A: You can host unlimited domains per IP. We do not restrict the number of domains you can host, you are restricted only by the web space and monthly data transfer limits.

Q: Can I transfer my domain to SEOHost.com?

A: Well, yes, you can transfer your domain to us, but it is not necessary to do so. You can use our hosting services and IPs, even if your domains are registered elsewhere by simply updating the nameservers. If you still wish to transfer your domains to us, you are more than welcome. Contact customer support if you wish to transfer your domain(s) and we'll get you started.

Q: Can I assign IPs myself or will I need to contact customer support every time I need to make a change?

A: You can manage your IP assignments through the 'IP manager' within your WHM control panel. You can select and assign IPs to all your websites yourself as and when you like.

Q: Can I set unique and custom nameservers for all my domains?

A: Yes, you can setup custom nameservers yourself through the WHM control panel or contact our Support department and we'll set up your nameservers as per your liking.

Q: What is the Geo­-location of the IPs you offer?

A: Currently, we offer only US based IPs. We have multiple facilities across the United States, we offer IPs from.

Q: What are your customer support timings? Do you offer phone support?

A: Our customer support technicians are available to you round the clock. We work even new years and thanksgiving and hence you can rest assured that we'll be tackling any issues that arise, night or day. Q: Are you resellers to another SEO hosting company?

Q: What is the uptime on your servers? Do you offer any guarantees?

A: Most of our servers see 100% uptime. We monitor our servers 24/7 and are notified the second a server becomes unavailable. We get on top of issues and fix them as soon as they occur. Nevertheless, we do offer a 99.99% network uptime guarantee to all customers.

Q: Do you allow adult content?

A: Legal adult content is allowed. Child pornography is strictly prohibited.

Q: Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?

A: No, there are no hidden fees or setup costs on any of our packages.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal, Credit Cards (2checkout) for all transactions. We also accept bank wire transfers for transactions over $500.

Q: How can I add my credit card to be charged automatically each month?

A: We do not store credit cards on file due to security reasons. However, if you do not wish to login manually each month to pay invoices, you can simply setup a subscription payment. Select the "subscribe" icon instead of the "checkout" icon on the invoice page when you are making a payment. This will setup a subscription that will process an automated payment each month, so you don't have to worry about paying invoices month after month.
